Over the past decade, chemical engineering is developing along with the development and optimization of other technology. For instance, in order to protect the environment, as well as to exploit marine resources, separation of low concentration mixture is required, thus, new technologies, such as foam separation and membrane separation were invented. Using chemical engineering concepts and methods to study physiological processes in the human body, like study of the spread of drugs in the human body, study of artificial organs and etc. formed the new research field---biomedical engineering. Principles of chemical engineering have even been applied to the study of preparation of high purity electronic devices, jet technologies, and so on. In other words, outside of the field of chemical product production, any occasion values chemical reactions or heat & mass transfer, one can always find techniques of chemical engineering comes in. This recognition reflects the resistless trend of chemical engineering---“interdisciplinary”.

ICCCE 2019 is organized after ICCCE 2018 held in University of Liverpool, UK during July 11-13, 2018; ICCCE 2017 held in Barcelona, Spain during July 14-16, 2017; ICCCE 2016 held in Porto, Portugal during August 14-16, 2016; ICCCE 2015 was held in Paris, France during August 05-06, 2015; ICCCE 2014 held in Singapore during  August 06-07, 2014; ICCCE 2013 held in Hong Kong during July 06-07, 2013; ICCCE 2012 held in Jeju Island, South Korea during June 29-30, 2012; ICCCE 2011 held in Chengdu, China during July 29-31, 2011; ICCCE 2010 held in Kyoto, Japan during August 01-03, 2010. The 10th International Conference on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (ICCCE 2019) will be held during July 22-24 in University of Oxford, Oxford, the United Kingdom. ICCCE 2019 is aiming to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering to exchange ideas, to present sophisticated research works and to discuss hot topics in the field such as process intensification (supergravity, micro-chemical engineering, plasma and etc.), new chemical materials (membrane material, specialty fiber, specialty rubber and so on), coal or natural gas chemical engineering (raw material to olefin, arene and etc.) and other exciting topics.
